Clinical Nurse Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Manager. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical operational direction for the unit, ensuring efficient and effective management of human, financial, and material resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a learning culture to ensure continuous improvement and high-quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain professional and constructive working relationships with our VMO partners, using a customer service mindset.
- Provide clinical operational direction for the unit, coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based.
- Be accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources.
- Coordinate and drive clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Undertake direct patient care, as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Current Registration with AHPRA.
- 5+ years acute Neuroscience nursing experience.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, or willingness to work towards.
- Current or previous ANUM or clinical nurse specialist experience (desirable).
- Sound clinical knowledge and compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, positive role modeling behaviors, and excellent customer service focus.
- Ability to manage a dynamic and changing environment, with high computer literacy including MS Office and various databases.
