Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Be vaccinated against Influenza & at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills to ensure ability to use Client Management and clinical systems.
  • Sound clinical knowledge.
  • Good computer & mobile device skills.
