Stream Talent is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in the Perioperative Department. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing perioperative scrub/scout nursing staff with the skills to deliver advanced patient assessment and management.
This role involves collaborating with the Perioperative Clinical Education Team to develop, facilitate, and assess educational programs. You will align educational resources with evidence-based practices and organizational policies, update and evaluate eLearning activities, and work closely with Clinical Support Nurses to assess the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver educational programs for perioperative nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the Perioperative Clinical Education Team to ensure alignment with organizational policies and evidence-based practices.
- Evaluate and update eLearning activities to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Work closely with Clinical Support Nurses to assess the curriculum and ensure it meets the needs of perioperative nursing staff.
Key Capabilities:
- Registered Nurse with NMBA.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing and Clinical Education (or in progress).
- Experience in education roles, including curriculum delivery and simulation facilitation.
- Proficiency with eLearning technologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
