The Role

As an EV Charging Support Technician, you will play a key role in remotely commissioning EV charging systems and providing ongoing support via a ticketing system to meet customer SLAs. This role is well-suited for someone with experience in providing technical support and fault-finding, with an understanding of IT systems and networking being highly desirable.
