We are seeking an experienced Senior Game Development Producer to join our team at mod.io.

About the Company:

mod.io is a fast-growing, early-stage startup that provides a platform for game developers to create and distribute User-Generated Content (UGC) in video games. We are backed by leading video game venture capital firms and have a strong focus on innovation and community engagement.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position based in Prahran, Melbourne, Australia. As a Senior Game Development Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our platform, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of new features and products, working closely with our engineering and design teams.
  • Collaborate with game developers, publishers, and studios to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Drive product growth through data analysis and market research.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in game development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in product development and growth.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
