Program Delivery Lead

We are seeking a skilled Program Delivery Lead to oversee our ACMA Enforceable Undertaking activities. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading delivery across all MCA workstreams, ensuring stakeholders are informed, accountable, and aligned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and lead delivery across all MCA ACMA EU workstreams end-to-end.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Develop briefings and facilitate stakeholder understanding of deliverables.
  • Track and report progress, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify process improvements and reduce manual effort.
Requirements:
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in program delivery, project management, or regulatory change.
  • Experience in a 'Pace' or Agile delivery environment using Jira or similar systems to manage delivery.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Risk mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, project management, or related fields.
