We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Integrated Management System (IMS) across Quality, Safety, and Environmental functions.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the IMS is clear, concise, and actionable, aligning with international standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective quality systems, including audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead Continuous Improvement Activities, driving process optimisation and innovation.
- Partner with specialists to develop and maintain processes, quality plans, sanitation programs, and competency assessments.
- Ensure systems are risk-based, simple, and enable innovation, productivity, and high-quality results.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS) – Quality, Safety, and Environment.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable approach, prioritising safety and employee well-being.
- Communicate effectively, own your outcomes, and celebrate contributions.
- Maintain a curious, proactive, and committed attitude, embracing ongoing learning and improvement.
- Apply Total Quality Management disciplines and techniques to drive excellence.
- Utilise excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills to achieve goals.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quality, Safety, or Environmental role within cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG.
- ISO 9001 / 22716 / HACCP training; Science or Engineering degree desirable.
