Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and style preferences.
- Provide expert advice on our product range, from sofas to dining sets, bedroom furniture to home accessories.
- Identify opportunities to add value through upselling and cross-selling, always with the customer's best interests at heart.
- Create connections and cultivate relationships building a portfolio of repeat customers who trust your expertise.
- Contribute to store-wide goals while pursuing your individual targets with enthusiasm and determination.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking driven, results-oriented individuals who are passionate about exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. While previous sales experience is valuable, we prioritize your hunger for success and potential above all.
