Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Market Development Director to drive business growth and expand our presence in Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing cross-product strategies, building franchise networks, and managing sales teams.

You will be accountable for client value and franchise value for all Australian financial institutional clients, managing efficient execution of key initiatives and review processes.

This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, a strong network of contacts, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts across the region
  • Oversee the development and execution of key initiatives to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
