Personal Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality personal care services to our clients. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional support and promoting the well-being of our residents.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our residents to identify their unique needs and preferences, providing personalized care and attention.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as ensuring timely nutrition and hydration.
  • You will also document daily care notes and observations accurately, working collaboratively with your teammates to provide consistent care.
  • Escalate any issues or concerns to the Residence Manager in a timely manner.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • You hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, such as Individual Support.
  • You have demonstrable experience working in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and holistic approaches to client care.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and understanding for our clients and their families.
  • You adopt a positive and proactive attitude when working collaboratively within a team and the broader community.
