Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Carers to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day personal care activities, providing a high standard of direct care to residents, including the administration of medications as delegated and completion of documentation using the business systems in place.

You will also communicate with residents and their family and friends, and other staff in the residence, any changes or feedback as required in a professional and private manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day personal care activities

  • Communicate with residents and their family and friends
  • Maintain accurate records

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
  • Availability to work various shifts across various days
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Current Police Check (issued within the past 12 months)
