### Key Responsibilities

* Provide management support within the community to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Lead from the front in creating a culture of customer service, ensuring the highest quality service delivery to residents
* Coordinate resident and community engagement activities, implementing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
* Manage day-to-day operations, developing improvements to internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

### What You'll Bring

* Experience in a front-line customer-facing role, preferably in the retirement industry or a related field
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders
* Demonstrated experience in customer engagement and satisfaction, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
* Budget development and management skills, with the ability to drive business growth and efficiency
* Strong property management skills, with a focus on preventative maintenance and asset management
* Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
* Intermediate to Advanced user of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* High-level written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
* Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline (desirable)
