Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative Principal who embodies our core values, engages our diverse community, and leads our school in its ongoing expansion and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will offer authenticity, transparency, warmth, and compassion. They will have the opportunity to work cohesively with a small team of dedicated staff and a supportive school board. The successful candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and effective in their leadership, with a strong commitment to excellent professional standards and community partnerships. They will also have experience in strategic planning, inclusive education, and conflict resolution, as well as a proven ability to facilitate a warm, encouraging, and high-quality learning environment. The candidate will be knowledgeable about the WA curriculum and independent school sector, and will be aware of current and emerging trends in learning and pedagogy for children. They will also have excellent communication and mentoring skills, and will be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and school management systems. The successful candidate will have recent experience as a Primary School Principal, Deputy Principal, or another demonstrated leadership role, and will hold tertiary qualifications in Education and TRBWA Registration. They will also have a Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check. The contract will commence in Term 1 of 2025, and the remuneration package and full-time equivalency (FTE) will be discussed and determined with the successful candidate.
