About Our Management Development Program

We are seeking a talented individual to join our 2-year rotational management development program. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in various aspects of management, including leadership, operations, and strategy.

As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the construction industry, gain practical exposure to different parts of our business, and experience living and working in various metropolitan and rural locations across Australia.

During the course of the program, you will be working in a concrete plant, operating machinery on a quarry, and helping our senior management team with budgets and other key responsibilities. You will also have the chance to develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about what they do, bring a willingness to succeed, and show a desire and aptitude to become a senior manager in our business. To ensure your success in the program, we will provide you with technical and management training, coaching, and mentoring.
