Job Title: Concrete Production Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Production Manager to oversee the operation of our batching and loading equipment. The successful candidate will have experience in managing production teams, ensuring high-quality outputs, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to meet daily production targets.
• Make informed decisions that impact plant performance and operational efficiency.
• Lead by example to promote a strong safety culture within the team.
• Optimize cycle times through the plant to maintain productivity.
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular site meetings to discuss operational matters.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor mixer performance and maintain quality control measures.

Requirements:
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve targets.
• In-depth knowledge of concrete production processes and plant equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical problem-solving skills with the ability to plan ahead and troubleshoot effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
• Relevant tickets and qualifications desirable.

Work Environment:
The role involves 12-hour rotating shifts with a mix of days and nights. You will be required to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
