Be part of a dynamic team and take on the challenge of managing concrete supply for a key infrastructure project. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more Adelaide concrete plants, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include championing quality excellence by overseeing mix designs, trial approvals, and NATA-accredited testing. You will also lead metro plant operations with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and a strong safety culture across people and assets.

  • Deliver cost control, SAP compliance, contract support, and contribute to P&L outcomes

For this role, we are seeking individuals with 5–10+ years' experience in concrete operations or heavy industry, proven leadership in plant or project management, strong technical knowledge of concrete production, logistics, and quality control, financial literacy, and excellent planning, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
