Job Summary

As a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee testing efforts on a new Salesforce CRM Greenfield project, ensuring the integrity of system logic and smooth migration into Salesforce.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage testing activities across Salesforce CRM implementation projects.
  • Define and implement testing strategies, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
  • Manage Salesforce testers, ensuring high-quality execution and coordination.
  • Oversee system testing to validate end-to-end connectivity and data migration.
  • Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between Salesforce and integrated platforms.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders during scoping, development, and execution phases.

 

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of test management experience.
  • 5+ years of managing Salesforce projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, objects, fields, profiles, and permissions.
  • Experience with Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of STLC, QA methodologies, and test types.
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database testing.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud environments.
