Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee multiple projects from inception through to completion. This is a full-time permanent position, working standard hours with some flexibility required.

  • Develop project objectives, scope of works, and relevant approvals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project briefs, timelines, and key deliverables
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and plan responses to mitigate risks
  • Manage project information and documentation
  • Design and manage project bid processes, evaluations, and supplier management
  • Coordinate kick-off, review, and site-specific meetings with suppliers/contractors
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, forecasting, and regular updates
  • Monitor project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on escalated issues
  • Evaluate supplier/contractor performance as needed
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project systems, processes, and procedures
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions
  • Travel to various project sites throughout Australia as required

Requirements:

  • Australian Driver's License
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate outcomes and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Experience in Project Management or Asset Management
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug and screening) and police check
