About the RoleThis Assurance Management Lead position plays a key role in monitoring and advising on Complaints, Remediation, and Event Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improvement in risk capability, culture, and awareness, and promoting Operational Risk Management across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the business to deliver the Events Management and Remediation Program activities in line with regulatory obligations and the I.AM framework.
- Review ASIC closure packs and provide feedback as needed.
- Assist in designing controls and reviewing documented processes and procedures.
- Participate in Business and/or program forums to provide insight and advice.
- Assist the broader team to understand the impact of the events management and remediation program on risk profiles.
We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in risk management and compliance. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of developing and implementing a regulatory compliance and risk management strategy.
- Analytical skills to analyse Remediation and event management risk and controls data.
- Experience of working within the Op Risk Framework.
- Proven ability to identify pragmatic solutions to managing risks.
- Deep technical knowledge of risk and compliance regulation and frameworks.
