Our Team

The Cyber Security Team is a crucial part of Woolworths Group's technology and business enablement functions. We're a team of experts who work closely with the Head of Security Strategy and Architecture, the CSO, and other stakeholders to develop and implement our cyber security strategy. Our goal is to protect Woolworths Group's systems, data, and customers from cyber threats, while also driving innovation and business growth.

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Enterprise Security Architect to join our Cyber Security Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and evangelism of our cyber security strategy. You'll work closely with our technology and business teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, and to develop and implement effective security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our cyber security strategy, in collaboration with the Head of Security Strategy and Architecture, the CSO, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and implementation of security solutions, working closely with our technology and business teams.
  • IDentify and mitigate potential security risks, and develop effective security controls to mitigate those risks.
  • Work closely with our technology and business teams to ensure that our security solutions are effective and efficient.
  • Develop and implement security awareness training programs for our team members.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in information security, with a proven track record of success in multiple security domains.
  • 4 years of experience as an enterprise security architect for large organisations.
  • IT technical writing experience.
  • Experience with common information security management frameworks.
  • Experience in work scheduling.
  • Broad knowledge, confidence, and experience of project delivery and cyber security.
  • Proven experience with technical security solutions, tools, and services.
