About the Role

This pivotal position involves supporting client managers across five key areas:

  • Account Planning: Collaborate with client managers to develop strategic plans, identifying potential value propositions for clients.
  • Opportunity Seeding: Engage with clients to create awareness and interest in NTT Data's portfolio offers, resulting in qualified opportunities.
  • Opportunity Strategy & Execution: Develop multi-domain solutions, optimizing value and costing to meet client outcomes.
  • Portfolio Ideation: Contribute to enhancing the NTT Data portfolio by sharing client needs and wants with service divisions.
  • In-Contract Innovation Strategy: Define innovative strategies to bring value to ongoing client delivery.

Key deliverables include document client insights, account plans, solution value propositions, facilitated client workshops, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise: Industry value chain, client pains, and ambitions, along with industry best practices.
  • Market Sensing: Stay ahead of trends, separating hype from real game-changers that benefit clients.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Articulate NTT Data's portfolio value and differentiators, ensuring competitiveness.
  • Enterprise Architecture: Utilize frameworks like TOGAF, Zachmann Framework, or DoDAF to define enterprise architecture that addresses client needs.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Facilitate workshops with C-suite executives to understand client vexing issues and explore mitigation approaches.
