Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Sephora's Warringah Mall store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Beauty Advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: As a Floor Manager, you will embody Sephora's DNA and showcase our unique retail experience to customers, setting the tone for an exceptional client experience.
- Drive Sales Growth: You will be responsible for driving a selling culture within your team, exceeding KPIs, and consistently raising the performance and capability of your team members through coaching and development.
- Operational Excellence: You will utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
- Communication and Feedback: You will facilitate open communication with your team, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
- Point of Contact: As the Manager in Charge (MIC), you will be the primary point of contact for client and cast member matters, making confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous Retail Management Experience: You will have a proven track record of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: You will have proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- Leadership and Coaching: You will be a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help your team members succeed.
- Client Service and Experiential Retail: You will be passionate about delivering exceptional client service and creating an immersive retail experience that represents the Sephora brand.
- Culture and Development: You will have a passion for maintaining a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
- Results-Oriented: You will have a drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Eligibility
Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this opportunity. As our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday, the ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
