Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at our Broadway Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the store team in delivering an unbeatable client experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive and inclusive store culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, embodying Sephora's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
- Facilitate open communication with your team, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
- Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment, confidently making store decisions.
- Previous retail management experience, with a strong track record of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, and training.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed.
- A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, ensuring the store represents the Sephora brand.
- A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
This is a full-time opportunity, working 38 hours per week, with a rotating roster to support store needs. As a Floor Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across all categories, from beauty and skincare to haircare and wellness, as well as store functions such as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
