Asphalt Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Team Lead to oversee our Ipswich and Narangba Crews. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader with hands-on asphalt experience to develop and lead a high-performing team to deliver projects with industry-leading service.

About the Role:

  • Manage team performance, emphasizing safety, operational efficiency, and commercial excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project outcomes.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including equipment usage, material delivery, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct quality control checks during and after paving.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and crew members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Asphalt crew.
  • General Construction Induction Card (White card).
  • Valid Australian Drivers License.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
