Your next opportunity :

Boral is looking for an experienced Asphalt Crew Member to join our team in Eagle Farm or Ipswich.

As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for operating mobile construction equipment for road surfacing works and engaging in general hand labouring tasks.

Join us in shaping the future of construction and be part of a team committed to excellence.

Your day will involve :

  • Contributing to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment
  • Safely and efficiently operating asphalt mobile plant equipment
  • Maintaining company trucks and plant equipment
  • Participating in site safety and business improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with Boral policies, meeting safety and environmental standards

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferred)
  • Availability to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required
  • Current heavy vehicle driver's licence (MR) or any plant operation tickets will be highly regarded
  • White card
  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment
  • Strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus
