Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct, manage and motivate an asphalt team to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Coordinate daily operations including equipment allocation, material supply chain management, scheduling and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce policies on site
  • Conduct quality control checks during and after paving

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an Asphalt team
  • General Construction Induction Card (White card)
  • Valid Australian Drivers License
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
