Store Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our team in Brooklyn Park. As a key member of our operational success, you will be responsible for receiving and scanning food ingredients, inspecting goods for damage, and managing returns and recalls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and scanning of food ingredients, raw materials, fresh produce, and dry goods and checking against orders
  • Inspecting for damage and ensure products delivered, meet quality standards, manage returns and recalls as required
  • Moving goods around the store and loading and unloading trucks using a forklift and pallet jack
  • Picking goods from shelves and recording their movements
  • Track the movement of goods and are responsible for all paperwork relating to the receiving and dispatching of goods

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid driver's license
  • A forklift license
  • Light rigid truck licence is desirable but not essential
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Solid time management skills
  • Physically fit due to the demands of the role
