Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive building assessments and inspections.
  • Issue Compliance Certificates and Certificates of Occupancy in a timely manner.
  • Provide expert building compliance advice to diverse clients.
  • Investigate and resolve client requests efficiently.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance processes and procedures continuously.
Requirements:
  • Registration with QBCC as a Building Certifier (Level 1, 2 or 3) or eligibility to gain registration.
  • Relevant qualifications in building surveying or construction management.
  • Proficiency in computer systems with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • A valid driver's licence and legal work rights in Australia.
