Building Certification Specialist

The successful Building Certifier will oversee end-to-end building certification projects, providing expert advice to clients and driving business growth by identifying new opportunities.
To be considered for this role, the candidate must hold a Level 1 or 2 accreditation licence and have at least 3 years of experience in assessments, inspections, and certification work across commercial/industrial projects.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise in the National Construction Code (NCC) and QLD state legislation, as well as strong communication and report writing skills.
The role offers flexible working arrangements, paid industry membership, Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and annual licensing renewals. Additionally, extra annual leave and study leave are provided to support professional growth.
- Manage end-to-end building application assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews in accordance with regulations and standards.
- Provide expert advice to clients, prepare quotations, attend project meetings, and maintain clear communication throughout.
- Identify new business opportunities and leverage specialised services in commercial and tenancy certification.
