As a Guest Service Agent, you will form an integral part of the Hotel team in our Star Residences department.

This busy and complex environment offers a great opportunity to work with 594 hotel rooms at The Grand and 56 luxury suites at The Darling.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services and have prior experience in a 5-star establishment. They will also have good keyboard skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera, Fidelio) and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access).

A high level of communication skills is essential, as is the ability to speak a second language. Additionally, sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds is required.
