Tender & Transitions Manager

- Manage the entire tender process including the preparation of tender documents, coordination with the bid team, and liaison with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate the process to facilitate the Fund's decision to bid for new business opportunities, ensuring the delivery of a profitable solution and commitment to businesses.
- Manage and prepare the proposal process to prospective businesses and tender managers, including pitches.
- identify areas for continuous improvement in determining markets, sectors, competitor targeting, and opportunities where the Fund's offer is suitable and competitive.
- Establish and maintain positive, beneficial, and constructive relationships with key business contacts.
- Assist the Business Development team to identify, qualify, and develop a suitable transition plan for new businesses.
- Present the transition and engagement strategy to new businesses
- Attend education transition sessions and provide factual information in relation to the transition.
- Attend meetings with clients to present proposals and the Fund's business offer in key internal forums where required.
- Ensure product and industry knowledge is kept up to date by attending required seminars and training programs and reading relevant journals, publications, and briefings on superannuation and general market and economic issues.
