We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as a Transition Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a transition program with primary schools to assist incoming students settle in. This will include coordinating the Year 7 Orientation Day, Camp and Information Nights, as well as transitioning from Year 7 into Year 8 and Year 8 into Year 9.
About YouTo be successful you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of contemporary teaching practice and have knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks. Additionally, you will need to be registered or have the ability to be registered with VIT and have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and the safety and wellbeing of children.
