As a key player in our organisation, you will lead consultative engagements across Microsoft Data, AI, and Business Applications. Your expertise will shape how businesses harness AI to deliver real outcomes.

You will work closely with colleagues to progress opportunities, define customer roadmaps, and align outcomes to business value. This role is focused on delivering tangible results through strategic advisory and business engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Advisory & Business Engagement: Lead executive discussions on AI strategy, data foundations, and business transformation; develop solutions linking initiatives to ROI, risk, and time to value.
  • Customer Growth: Partner with colleagues to qualify opportunities with current customers and support new account openings across target verticals.
  • Value Realisation & Roadmaps: Define customer AI roadmaps to maximise ROI, scale pilots, and ensure business-aligned outcomes.
  • Partner Ecosystem & Practice Alignment: Leverage Microsoft partnerships for co-sell and campaigns; coordinate with practice leads to align opportunities to capacity and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Internal Enablement & GTM Leadership: Upskill colleagues, develop AI solution plays, contribute to sales strategy, and contribute to proposals.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong B2B experience with mid-market to enterprise customers
  • Proven success selling Microsoft Data, AI, and Business Applications
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in IT-based sales, consultancy, or solution sales
  • Experience delivering complex solutions with tangible business outcomes
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and fast-paced environments
