We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support high-profile Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation initiatives. This role will involve working closely with the client's AI Lead and a dedicated team to deliver innovative digital solutions.

  • Develop and deliver key project artefacts, including:">

    • AI Strategy & Roadmap">
    • Data & Infrastructure readiness assessments">
    • Business process flows, requirements, and user stories">
    • Data and security classifications">
    • Requirement traceability matrices and status reports">
    ">
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, producing agendas, materials, and actionable outputs.">
  • Ensure alignment with in-flight AI initiatives and client priorities.">
  • Provide regular project reporting to steering committees and governance forums.">
  • Support knowledge transfer and handover processes to ensure long-term success.">

  • You should have a strong background in business analysis and project coordination within complex organisations.">
  • Experience working on digital transformation or AI/advanced data projects is highly valued.">
  • Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable deliverables.">
  • Skilled in developing business process flows, requirements documentation, and user stories.">
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.">
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, such as PRINCE2 Agile, is preferred.">
  • Prior experience in consulting in the government/health sector is highly weighted.">
