Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in security? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Security Officer.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality security services to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. This will involve working 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, and being available on call.

  • Providing excellent customer service skills and responding promptly to client queries and concerns.
  • Conducting regular security checks and monitoring CCTV systems to ensure that premises are secure.
  • Responding quickly and effectively to emergency situations, such as fire alarms and medical emergencies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents and near-misses, and submitting reports as required.

Requirements for this role include a current Tasmanian Security Licence, First Aid Certificate, and WWVP Check. Experience in a healthcare environment is highly desirable, but not essential. A good level of physical fitness is also required, as is the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
