As a Community Development Professional, you will be the driving force behind building a vibrant and collaborative environment for professionals from various industries to thrive together. Our ideal candidate has 1.5+ years of experience within the Flexible Workspace environment or Hospitality Management. They possess a genuine passion for managing member relationships, analyzing, developing, and cultivating new business with existing members, and building rapport. Additionally, they have strong sales focus, proven track record in new sales, and excellent time management skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Member Experience:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests/visitors/members at the front desk.
- Act as the main point/escalation point of contact for all members.
- Facilitate introductions and relationship building initiatives for members.
- Have a thorough understanding of all members and companies and drive initiatives to support each company's growth.
- Manage member issues and resolve conflicts in the space to ensure a cohesive community.
- Events:
- Initiate and promote community-based events that meet requirements and provide collaboration and connection opportunities for members.
