Assistant Venue Manager Job Opportunity

A successful Assistant Venue Manager is sought to lead the hospitality and gaming teams at a prominent venue. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the smooth operation of the venue, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage gaming activities, adhering to regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons, including gaming equipment and facilities.
  • Train, schedule, and support gaming staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Assist the Venue Manager in daily operations, including dining, bar, and guest-related activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and events.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality and enforce policies for guest satisfaction and safety.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing gaming facilities or equivalent gaming experience.
  • Must possess required licenses (RSA, RSG Modules).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will have a proven track record in managing gaming facilities or similar experience. You must possess the necessary licenses and certifications, including RSA and RSG Modules. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position, as well as excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
