Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity at one of our retail stores in Maroubra.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience when visiting our store.
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor and use your creative flair to assist with visual merchandising.
  • Sort and price items according to our pricing guidelines and contribute to achieving sales targets for the store.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times (e.g. Christmas).
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
