Senior Financial Assistant Required

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Assistant to play a crucial role in the growth and development of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining tasks in job management systems from start to finish, ensuring seamless workflow and high standards.
  • Raising purchase orders for materials, following up on placed orders and managing supplier relationships.
  • Delivering excellent customer service, issuing progress claims and final invoicing.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements and completing payroll and timesheets.
  • Coordinating general administration functions for the business, including supporting the General Manager.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in administration, preferably in a service or trade-based company.
  • Familiarity with Xero accounting software and cloud-based job management systems.
  • Competent in using standard Microsoft software such as Word and Excel.
