Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to assist with the collection of monies from various outlets, including daily banking tasks and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
- Reconcile payments and receipts to general ledger and balance sheet
- Participate in daily bank reconciliation process
- Prepare financial statements and account listings as needed
- Perform accounts duties using XERO software
- Provide administrative support for office tasks and data entry
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and XERO accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service and cash handling experience an advantage
