Field Services Content and Capability Development Manager Position

This is a leadership role where you will oversee the development of training programs for field services teams across Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of experts in designing and implementing learning programs, creating engaging content, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with subject matter experts to address specific learning needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, experience in digital learning, online content creation, learnership programs, and customer service soft skills training in telecommunications or similar operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of capability development leads and digital content producers
  • Design and implement training programs for field services teams
  • Create engaging learning content and facilitate workshops
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to address learning needs

Requirements:
