Client Education Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Education Specialist to deliver and localize high-impact educational content for learners in the Asia-Pacific region.

This role will play a critical part in expanding the reach of our curriculum to new audiences across APAC, working closely with our team to develop and deliver education programs that meet the needs of local learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver live instruction and create engaging educational content for retail and institutional learners in APAC using existing and new materials.

  • Translate and localize educational materials into at least one APAC regional language, ensuring consistency with original instructional intent.

  • Assist in creating evergreen education content, such as outlines, scripts, articles, slides, trading examples, and evaluations, in partnership with senior directors and curriculum development teams.

  • Simplify complex financial concepts and develop regionally relevant examples and case studies to support learner engagement.

  • Grow our Adjunct Faculty network in APAC, serving as a key representative responsible for liaising with candidates, facilitating onboarding, and managing relationships to deliver education programs with APAC-based faculty.

  • Contribute to the development and adaptation of assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and gather student feedback across the APAC region.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to gather market-specific insights and learner preferences that can inform curriculum adjustments.

  • Stay informed on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and retail investing behavior across APAC to maintain curriculum relevance and impact.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of capital markets and financial instruments, with an emphasis on derivatives.

  • Effective communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to present to both beginner and advanced learners.

  • Proven ability to write and edit educational content for diverse audiences in English and at least one APAC regional language.

  • Culturally aware with a student-centered approach to teaching and content development.

  • Passionate about financial education and committed to improving outcomes through learning.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced global environment.
