About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Professional to provide exceptional home care services to our elderly clients in the Carlton VIC 3053 area.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive personal care services including assistance with daily living activities, mobility and therapy goals, medication management, and social support. They will also be required to perform general housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional personal care services to clients, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with mobility and therapy goals, such as walking aids, transfers, and exercise programs.
  • Manage client medications, including administration and record-keeping.
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.
  • Provide social support to clients, including companionship and emotional support.

Requirements:
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle.
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, with a focus on personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.

Benefits:
  • Guaranteed hours and shifts in the Carlton VIC 3053 area.
  • Award rate $33.82 per hour + Super + Paid KM's.
