Student Services Officer Position

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional student experiences and contributing to the growth of our organisation.

We are seeking a motivated Student Services Officer to join our team at the University of Tasmania campus in Ultimo Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to progress your career within the education industry.

  • This position involves managing reception duties as required, providing advice to students, and completing administrative tasks associated with the student life cycle.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree or completion of a degree with relevant work experience
  • Relevant work experience in a Student Services Officer or Student Support role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the ESOS Act and National Code of Practice, specifically how it pertains to the delivery of support to international students
  • Demonstrated experience in communications, staff and student engagement, and strong interpersonal skills
