Role Overview
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a supportive environment for our students. Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude are essential to ensure timely resolution of student-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
- Proactively follow up on student-related issues to ensure effective resolution.
- C coordinate student orientations and events, fostering a sense of community.
- Collaborate and contribute actively in regular team meetings.
- Process student requests and manage course variations efficiently.
- Assist with timetabling, class allocations, and student course progress tracking.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of student and course records and other sensitive documents.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess an extremely helpful and supportive attitude towards students and colleagues.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment is highly valued.
- Ability to work flexibly across different locations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience
- A High School (Year 12) qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Administration or Microsoft Office.
