Job Title

You will be working in a dynamic team that is passionate about logistics and streamlining operations.

As a transport leader, you will support the transport section leader in managing all facets of our transport operations.

From coordinating delivery schedules to effectively managing staff rosters, your input will drive efficiency and productivity across transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build the strength of our team through coaching and positive reinforcement.
  • Assist with coordinating store delivery schedules and meeting daily deadlines.
  • Minimise stock losses by understanding and investigating inventory movements.
  • Drive the highest standard of safety and cleanliness, reporting any incidents, hazards or near misses to keep our team members safe.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and drive operational excellence at every opportunity.
  • Utilise resources effectively to strike the balance between meeting efficiency and upholding our high-quality and safety standards.
