As a key member of our front-line team, the Guest Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a leader who embodies the essence of luxury service and can support the front office team with operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and assist the front office team to ensure seamless check-in, check-out, and billing processes.
  • Provide expert knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area to exceed guest expectations.
  • Assist with pre-arrival processes and handle general enquiries to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Build relationships with existing and new guests to showcase our legendary service.
  • Take reservations and manage cash handling responsibilities.
  • Oversight of service standards to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Motivate and empower team members to promote a positive work environment.
About You:
  • Experience working with property management systems like OPERA is highly desirable.
  • A warm and welcoming demeanor is essential to fit our luxury brand.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overnight.
  • Organizational and time management skills are crucial for seamless operations.
  • Relevant supervisory experience in a similar role is required.
  • Working rights in Australia are necessary.
  • Enthusiasm for career growth and development.
  • Self-motivation, driven, and energized in fast-paced environments.
