About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the steelmaking process. You will be responsible for coordinating mechanical project activities, providing technical support and leading digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate mechanical project activities and provide technical support.
  • Create and manage work orders.
  • Participate in RCA/DEA and isolation coordination.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across maintenance systems.
  • Promote digital adoption and support team upskilling.
  • Contribute to maintenance strategy development and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
  • Diploma of Engineering or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in project coordination and maintenance.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital tools and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) and willingness to learn Industry 4.0 platforms.
