Job Summary

About the Role

The Director will provide visionary leadership for the ICLT strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and strategic plan. They will oversee the development, implementation, and governance of the multi-year ICT strategy, ensuring technology is an enabler of excellence in teaching, learning, and organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership of ICT across the organisation, ensuring technology supports excellence in teaching, learning, and organisational performance.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and governance of the ICT strategy.
  • Oversee network architecture, cyber security, application development, infrastructure, and end-user services.
  • Ensure strong ICT governance, risk management, and business continuity frameworks are in place.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing ICT team, fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the organisation at national ICT and education forums.
Requirements
  • A demonstrated commitment to education and its values, with the ability to give witness to the faith life of the Church.
  • Significant executive-level leadership experience in ICT within complex environments.
  • Proven capability in leading large-scale ICT strategies, projects, and transformations.
  • Strong governance and risk management experience, including information security and compliance.
  • Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel are essential.
