Stock Management Professional

As a Retail Inventory Manager at Coles, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
You will report to the Operations Trade Manager and be responsible for supporting and completing availability routines, markdown routines and invoicing for both direct and third-party suppliers.
As an Inventory Specialist, you will coach, develop and inspire team members to use best practices for stock and inventory management. You will take pride in contributing to the running of a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.
Required Skills and QualificationsPrevious Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role.
Leadership Experience: Direct/indirect leadership experience as you'll be leading, coaching and developing team members to meet sales targets, cost control and inventory requirements.
Communication Skills: Ability to keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
Organizational Skills: Be well organised with excellent time management skills.
Customer Focus: Be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers.
Team Culture: Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first.
